I have two excel workbooks. One workbook contains one worksheet with all the data information. Another workbook containing 35 plus worksheets is what I need to populate. Let's say each worksheet pertains to each individual state (ie. California, Texas, etc.) in the US. The information I need to populate for each state/worksheet by month are the population, avg. temperate, and avg. income.

California

Jan Feb Mar April May June July Aug

Avg Pop.
Avg. Temp
Avg. Income

How can I or what formula can I use to get this multiple worksheet workbook to retrieve the data from the Masterfile database in another workbook faster? Keep in mind each worksheet is by state and I want to retrieve these information strictly pertaining to each state by month.
