Need Formula

Hi all,
i am in a spot of bother, i am working on an Expense sheet for work and our employees travel around a bit (internationally), i need to perform a calculation to give the VAT rate. what i have is a table of what country gives what VAT rate(have dummy data at the mo).in their expense sheet they have a colum for expense type and also what country, and with that info i need to be able to calculate in another colum, what rate it should be by getting it from the table.has anyone got any ideas? i have attached the table to show. i don't know of any lookup function that could do this,but maybe there is
