Hello,

I am using Excel 365 and trying to consolidate similar data in one column and count them in the column to the right. I have attached the data sheet and desired results as well. I have run this data every day and I have been doing it manually.
Here is the Google sheet link for the data
Attached is the picture of the Desired Result:

Any help from the Gods of Excel in this communicty would be of great help.....

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
Hi I am sorry, I just uploaded the data to a google sheet for reference.

Sorry, I don't intend to manually investigate 7000+ rows of data to try to work out what you want done. Can you make a much smaller sample that still demonstrates what you want and also explain how the consolidation is done manually? Then I could at least consider if I have a solution method. :)

You will also get more potential helpers if you provide the data/results with XL2BB as many people will not go to another site to download an unknown file, or are prevented from doing so by workplace security measures.
