Hi,

I need to create an all encompassing time sheet / billing document to track various employees working on various projects and locations using a 24 hour clock.

E.G.
Date Name Project Location Time In Time Out Hours Worked
09/12/2015 J. Doe Denny's Maraval 6:00 18:00 12
09/12/2015 P. Doe Pizza Hut Roxy 8:00 18:00 10
09/13/2015 R. Doe Denny's Maraval 18:00 6:00 12

Total 34

I do not need to track overtime or breaks.

I need to be able to filter the total number of hours per person, per location, per project etc.

Ideally I would like to have 12 tabs, one for each month and each tab would have 2 tables as we bill bi-weekly.

Thanks in Advance for your assistance.

Regards,
Stacey

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
I recommend that you put all your data on a single worksheet. Then you can AutoFilter to your heart's content.
