I have a spreadsheet that I want users to be able to enter only certain data into a column of cells. I have created a named range with that data but I do not know how to create a dropdown arrow so all the user has to do is to select the dropdown arrow and select the data from a list. ...........Excel 2007

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
Thank you VERY much Jeffery for the help. Now can I ask a bit more complicated question? I am working on a spreadsheet that tracks maintenance work orders. I would like to be able to customize the data that is presented in column C based upon the selections made in column B. For example if I select the area (Column B) as lobby, then the choices available in Column C data would be limited to items that are associated with the lobby i.e. tables, chairs etc. If I were to select say pool area in column B then the data list in column C would only popuate pool items to be repaired....does that make sense?
