I have a task to calculate how many trailers will be filled each week based on a schedule. I have to provide this in weekly buckets, based on sunday to saturday weeks. As you can see by the image, I currently have to estimate what portion of the job will be produced in each week by putting (.2,.3,.3 etc. in the weekly fields) if the job is scheduled to span multiple weeks. Is there an easy formula to provide this calculation, without having to manually type each line and field? How do I attach the file or a picture? Thanks for your help.

Excel Facts

When they said...
When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
I would be willing to look at your worksheet but I am not compelled at all to deal with what ever that is you posted.

I apologize. I think I've attached an example below. I have a date range of a production job and was looking for an quick way to spread that evenly across weeks (as in what portion will be ran in week 1, week 2, etc.). I would use this to estimate the the truckloads per week of the items being produced.
