NEED HELP FAST!!! --- IF statement

Hello,
This is my first time posting. I have to implement an if statement such that:

-if the amount is negative, the output is 0
-if the amount is <= 10,000, multiply by .20
-if the amount is >10,000, (B32-10,000)*.30 +2000

I originally had "=IF(ABS(B32)<=10000,ABS(B32)*0.2,(ABS(B32)-10000)*0.3+2000)" but found out now that if the original number is negative than the equation must output 0. I am stumped on this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
