Need Help In Completing This Form.

I Have Made This Form Yet I Am New With Excel Vba and i want to add multiple stock information in sheet at once using vba form this is my design i made and i don't know how to do its coding with i can put information into sheet as i complete in my form and if any textboxes are not filled then excel don't leave space in sheet .
