I have two xls files. One file has a one page worksheet. The second file has the same exact (same info) page plus an additional worksheet.

My question??? Is there a way to apply a formula or ???? so when I make changes to file #1 that it will also make the same changes to worksheet #1 in the second file?

Hopefully this isn't confusing. The pages have no formulas attached. Basically it is a tracking sheet for candidates currently in the an interview process and it shows were each candidate is currently at.

I need two different files because there is info that is confidential and is limited to only a few select eyes hence the second worksheet

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
In the open worksheet type
=[The other workbook]SheetName!same cell)
eg place in A1
=[Hidden.xls]Confidential!A1
