Need help in taking cell reference from a shared workbook

Guys... My problem is...

I have a workbook in a server having IP Address 192.168.79.1. Now I am making a template which should be used by all my teammates. For this I need to take refer a cell from the shared workbook. But I am not able to. I guess we have to refer a cell in the shared workbook using the ip address, username and password. But I dont know how.... Please help me...
