Need help on Countif formula for certain text on multiple cell range

Want to count all the "EMS" across Monday to Friday, for all 5 weeks. (Only Weekdays) .. Need Help pls. Hope the question is clear

Excel Formula: 
=SUMPRODUCT((A1:W1<>"Sat")*(A1:W1<>"Sun")*(A4:W4="EMS"))

Excel Formula: 
=countifs(A4:W4,"ems",A$1:W$1,"<>Sat",A$1:W$1,"<>Sun")
