I have a file of 50,000 records with company name/phone number/address, etc. I am only interested in companies with certain key words within their name. Is there a way to use lookup/logic functions or any other functions to populate the 2nd sheet with only those records which contain my keyword within the 'company name' column????

thank you very much for your help!

Welcome to the board.

You can use the auto filter and set it to CONTAIN the keyword and then just copy and paste the data to the second sheet.
