RE: Auto recording data from an imported , refreshing page

Need help on the following:

A1:H18 of “sheet1” contains a table downloaded from web.

Need to transfer and record C5:D18 to J5:K18, a column in space,
then M5:N18,… (a column in between every 14x2 range )…onward for a maximum of 18 times.

Cell E2 bear the instantaneous refreshing time,
preferably there can be relative indicative time of refreshing at J2, M2, …(every 2 columns in between) …for also a max of 18 times.

There will be 11 identical sheets ( from sheet1 to sheet11) need to execute the VERY SAME functions.

What will be the appropriate formulae for this, please!

Thanks in advance.
Don
