Hi,

It would be appreciated if somebody could tell me a way of replacing blank cells with a zero in a worksheet. The area I need to fill with zeros is between J3-J100 and CS3-CS101.

Thanks,
Paul

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
try this:
Select your cell range, edit -> goto ->special -> blanks
type a zero and hit CTRL + ENTER
