need help to create inventory forecast for renting my stage table at event

Hi everyone first i have lot of inventory of pieces to built table for stage event like music concert and other outside event .. i can mix those peices together to build table stair and other things similar exemple i have inventory of 1piece A,B,C ,D .. one A and B can build a table and one C and D can build a bigger table .. if tomorow a client come to me and need a big table and a small table for the first of july to the 10 of july i want the excel to show me that for this period my stock of a.b.c.d are minus one in my inventory .. the problem is if i have one more client to come the same day and ask me for the same thing but for the 10 of july to the 20 of july i want excel to tell me that i can do it cause i have enought stock of a.b.c.d because the first client finish is renting period on the 10 and im gonna see it on a calendar basis... an other thing i want to see is if a client come and want the same thing big table and small table the same day as the first client or the second client and because my inventory of abcd are use those dates for those client i want excel to tell me that cause im just gonna go at superstore amd buy those missing inventory (exemple peice of wood and screw)

An other thing equal im looking to build the same things as an hotel spreadsheet that can tell you the avaibility for a room at a specific dates but what im looking also its a spread sheet that gonna tell me what missing to complete the room like if i have a pillow a bed but no cover ill be abla to go buy one at superstore to complete the room so for my stage rental if at a specific date the only thing missing is a piece of wood to complete the big table i want excel to tell me that so i can just go buy one to complete the table and satisfy one more client on that day

The big things here is that the inventory is calculate with an other inventory like piece a and b can do a table and that table is available only if there a stock left on a and b hope you understant
