Need help to input auto generated alphanumeric Invoice number

Hi,
I need to get auto populate alphanumeric invoice number such as Inv0001...next should be Inv0002. Please help. Also help me to save the excel sheet in given path with auto creation of folder which should be in name of invoice number and save that excel sheet with name of invoice number too. The workbook and macro is to use on server for multiuser. Please help.

For the First part.

For saving excel file it will require VBA. which i am not familiar with
