Need help to write a formula with a cap of 125%

Hi,

As mentioned in the headline I need help to write a formula with a cap of 125%

	A	B	C	D
1		x	y	z
2	Commission	1000	1000	500
3	Target achieved	161%	78%	150%
4	Max target (CAP)	125%	125%	125%
5	Com paid out	?	?	?

Does anyone know how to write the formula to know how much commission with be paid out for x,y,z?

Try this formula in B5 copied across

=MIN(B3:B4)*B2
