Hi guys (and gals),

I am a noob here and just venturing into the novice level of using vlookups in Excel.

I am comparing a current master list (Sheet2) with a new list(Sheet1) and trying to identify the values from Sheet2 so that I can update Sheet1.

The formula I have started using is

=VLOOKUP(A2:A6758,Master!B2:D6128,4,FALSE)

When I enter this, I am receiving #N/A.

Can someone help?

Thanks,

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
Just a note on the VLOOKUP. The first item is a single cell like A2. Not the A2:A6758.

I would do the formula like below:
=VLOOKUP(A2,Master!B2:D6128,4,FALSE)

Thanks,
Em'Ee

Thanks, this helped a lot. I am now experiencing a strange issue where once past row 1521, the formula does not look for A1521 in Sheet1 and compare it to A1521 in Sheet2 and so forth.
