Need help with a form

Hello everyone,

I created a simple form which contains fields like name, date, time, test type, etc.
To make sure that the correct data is always entered i also created validation lists.

Now heres my question...
Is it possible to have the data entered in the form written to another worksheet with that contains the same fields. Sort of a log of what is entered into the form.

Any help you be great!
 

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
In Excel Help search for Template Wizard and read the topic "What is the Template Wizard with Data Tracking?". That may give you what you want.
