hi, i have a table called mytransaction. in this table there is a column, R, to indicate the user has checked on the transaction. there is also another collumn call source where they select which account is involve in that transaction.

so now in one of the cell i would like to count how many transaction the user have not check yet but with one criteria.

the formula that i form is incorrect.

need some help to edit,

=COUNTIFS(MyTransactions[R],ISBLANK(MyTransactions[R]),MyTransactions[Account],"="& $B28)

b28 is the account name

thank you

EDIT: so in the table mytransaction, once the user have check that particular transaction, they will indicate "R" in the column r

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Try
Excel Formula:
=COUNTIFS(MyTransactions[R],"",MyTransactions[Account],$B28)
