Hi everyone,

I'm trying to find who did the most "work" within a specific monthly date range; but I can't get the formula to work correctly:

VBA Code:
=INDEX(Creator,MODE(IF((Issue_Type="Trafficking Request")*(Created_Date ">=" & DATE(2021,1,1),Created_Date, "<=" & DATE(2021,1,31)), MATCH(Creator,Creator,0))))

I'm basically matching a specific type of request within the "Issue Type" range, to the Created date within the "Created_Date" range, and then trying to figure out which "Creator" had the most requests within a specific monthly range.

Can someone help me figure out where my issue is?

Thanks!
~Mike
