Is there any way that I can create a formula that will allow me to select only those cells that are highlighted from one worksheet and take those values or text and make them appear in a cell or cells in a different worksheet?

Say that I have cells A1 and B3 highlighted on worksheet one. Cell A1 contains the name Bill and cell B3 contains the name Susan. I want to create a formula for cell A1 in worksheet 3 that will insert the name Bill and Susan since they are the only names/cells higlighted in worksheet one.

Thank you!

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
Welcome to MrExcel -- formulas cannot recognise formatting, so I think you're in need of a VBA solution.

Perhaps a few more details about what you're doing, when/how often this should happen, etc.
