Need help with formula, maybe "SUMIF"

OK I want to make a formula (in any open cell, say C20 for this example) that will look at column "C" and if any of the values are 307, I want to to add the amounts that are in that row (column "I") and put the total into C20. So in the inserted sheet the total that should come up in C20 is 3081.75. I tried some IF formulas, but could not get the right format.
