Need help with macro please

Could someone help me with a macro to do the following please?

----------------------------

Current workbook
Forms.xls Sheet CSF 63

----------------------------

I need a macro to open workbook 63.xls

Index (I7) in the current workbook to the same ref no. in workbook 63.xls Sheet 'Record' Column A (if it don't exist leave blank) and copy

Column B entry (in the same row) to B9 in current workbook
Column C entry (in the same row) to C9 in current workbook
Column D entry (in the same row) to J9 in current workbook

Then Save and Close 63.xls


I don't want formulas because I need to be able to overtype


Help from you guys is always much appreciated
