Need help with random numbers in 2003

I am trying to generate random numbers between 1-25 and using the formula

=randbetween(1,25) and it isn't working.

please help

Here's an alternative that doesn't need the ATP to be installed in Excel versions 2003 and earlier.

=INT(RAND()*25+1)
