I have created a PIVOT Table & the col width are very small. Whenever I drag and manually set it, after i do a selection it goes back to the normal small size.
Any idea why???

Please help. Thanks.

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
I set the col width manually to 50 but it went back..i know the reason why..it is because the cell value in short for eg: 123. If i write longer value in it works, bigger col width...but i just wanna know if there is a way to keep the col width bigger...

Something like this might help. This goes in the sheet module where the pivot table resides

Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_PivotTableUpdate(ByVal Target As PivotTable)
Range("A:Z").ColumnWidth = 50 'Specify your range here
End Sub

Hope this helps.
