Need help with VBA code URLDownloadToFile - Unable to download the file

Hey guys Iam need to download image from image url in an excel workbook.
I have found this vba code on the net: How to insert a text into text file using VBA - Stack Overflow

I have modified the code to fit with the system that iam using but when I run the code I get error Unable to download the file. Can some one please help me by looking at the code and let me know what i am doing wrong? Thanks alot: below is the vba code:

Thanks alot for offering to help I found a workbook online with a macro that solved the problem.
