If yes, what should be my formula in Column F Row 1?

I am updating weekly the percentage of each project and in 1 project 20 KPI(s) I have to update.

Please I need your expertise.

Thanks in advance.

Prima,
Alright, I think that I am understanding you...
Here are my assumptions (I am going to base the formula on this):
You have some KPI's to score based on weekly progress. And each week on Monday you have to update all of these to reflect the change.
Here is what I would do.
Put this data in row 5 (i am putting the cell values next to the column indicator)
a 03/09/09
b 03/16/09
c 03/23/09
d 03/30/09
e 04/06/09

if you do that, then you can put the following equation into F1 and all you would have to do is update the date in A1 to reflect the date you want the ouput to provide (ie, for this upcoming monday you would put 03/16/09).
Here is the code:
=if(A1=A5,A4,if(A1=B5,B4,if(A1=C5,C4,if(A1=D5,D4,if(A1=E5,E4,"0")))))

Hope that helps. The same theory, of course, applies, no matter where you put those date references.

As noted in the previous post, if you want to match a set of values to a set of dates, line those values and dates up in a chart. So you would need to add in the dates as suggested.

However, once the chart is done, an INDEX/MATCH formula is the best approach:

Excel Workbook
ABCDEF
116-Mar-092.15
2
30.951.23.22.11.1
40.952.155.357.458.55
5
69-Mar-0916-Mar-0923-Mar-0930-Mar-096-Apr-09
Sheet1

You could even select cell A1 and add a DATA > VALIDATION > List =$A$6:$E$6 and then only those dates could be selected from the drop box in A1.

jbeaucaire is right. I didn't think of the index function (i am really out of it tonight) but it is the best way if you just want the info in line 4 to populate in f1.
