need help

Hi There

please help me with the following info

"Cell A" is has the Modal Numbers (numbers could be doubled) i have over 5000 sales in "Cell A"
"Cell B" has the price (but could also be returns so that would be in a - forum)

now i would like "D1" to find me the first one that "Cell B" =<0.01 and the next line the same all the way down however i don't want a duplicate meaning "Cell D" should be unique

well i'll have to repost it so it will be again in the beginning because once its not answered after 2 days then it wont happen
