Hello,

I'm looking to create a mileage calculator in Excel using Google Maps, depending on how many addresses I input, I would like Excel to return a total trip mileage. I'm not interested in having this do anything else, I want to keep it simple, would not mind if in Excel I see a snapshot or something similar of the actual mapped out route composed from the addresses I put in.

I would typically have to input 10 to 30 addresses, the address information would look like the below example, as this is how my other system that provides the addresses spits them out when I export them into an Excel spreadsheet.

2205 ALBATROSS ST | SAN DIEGO 921011805

In a nutshell, what I'm trying to accomplish is to have the ability to copy and paste up to 30 addresses, hit a button/enter and have a total number of mileage driven.

Any help would be extremely gratefully appreciated, thank you for your time and attention, and thank you in advance for any assistance.

P.S.

I'm would consider myself an intermediate Excel user, so most of the lingo thrown my way I will hopefully understand.

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
