Thanks for your help.
Not sure if there is even an = equation for this. Please see attachment.
If there is a solution, please respond with =

So, most likely, the correct answer will start with =D5 or will at least include = and D5 somewhere
in the equation. I need a drag-down formula.

Thanks!

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).

It would be helpful if you clearly define the rules for the conversion.
Otherwise, we would be forced to make assumptions based on the sample data, that may not always hold true.

Yes but it says... will start with =D5 so therefore it's easy to assume where the answers lie... Thanks!

Hmmm... I still don't think it is clear what you are after.
Based on your comment in reply number 3, I was assuming that you want to take the values in column C, and convert them to what is shown in column D.
Is that not the case?

If that is what you are trying to do, I don't want to make any assumptions. Especially since the rules for the last entry appear to be very different than the first three.

Make it easy for us to help you by being thorough and clear what you are after!

Yes, but the admin already said there are at least 2 different answers out of the 3...

@jtakw
The 2nd of those has already been closed by me & the 1st one is (IMO) sufficiently different to this question.
