Need One formula to Auto Calculate - for 12 Months

I need help with one formula that I can copy over to calculate what I already have in the month columns. Basically, February - started on the 16th, so $1,000 divided by 28 days, Times 12 Days, plus the one time fee. July - billed for only 24 days. One formula will help since there are multiple rows of contracts. Thanks!
