Need row height VBA

Please help! I am creating a document in Excel 2010 (that should be in word but requirement is Excel). After I have created the document I need all empty rows to be 0.18" in height. I have merged cells so autofit and text wrap do not change the row height to actually fit the contents. Also I will have multiple pdf's and jpg's in.

Get help while writing formula
Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
If you use the Macro Recorder, you can record yourself manually setting the row height, and that will give the code you need.

Cleaned up, it will look something like this:
