Need some help finding a formula in excel..

Hello Everyone,

I'm looking for a formula that can give me count total of certain criteria. Here is my table. I want to get a total count of how many "EVERFLO" I have excluding duplicates in column 1. So the total I would get is 2 "EVERFLO"..

Aladin has my great respect. He is a master in formulae and I learn alot from him, but allow my version with a slight difference.
