Need some help with Excel Function pretty please …

HI,

I would like to know if it is possible to add a pop-up reminder in excel when a certain condition is met.

For example I have a spreadsheet that records previous cost and new cost.
At the bottom there is a cell that calculates the savings / overage.

I would like to add a pop-up when it records a savings only.

This would be used to remind the person entering the data that if a savings is made they must do another step.

Just a simple sum on 15 cells merge in group of 3

=sum(H41:J45)
