I need to plot latitude, longitude, and altitude on a single chart. Latitude may range from 25 to 28 degrees, while longitide may range from -82 to -84 degrees and altitude ranges from 0 to 100,000 feet or more. The chart needs to show small changes in latitude and longitude, and show the full altitude scale. I would like to have two scales on the left, one for lat and one for long, and one scale on the right for altitude. Is there any way to do this?

Hello Andrew,

We track rocket launches and to tell my audience that the longitude of the vehicle is correct but it has been "adjusted" by 110 degrees would not be accepted at all. With some other values, I could do that, but not here.

We have received charts that have been saved in PDF form and have two or even three scales on one side. Do you know what utility they might be using to make these graphs?

Thanks for taking the time to respond.

That is an involved procedure.
I'll see if I am up to the task.
Thanks for the link.
