Need to change CELL Contents, one cell to another cell - i think its not easy - Challenge for Excel Experts

Dear friends,

i got a big problem with excel,

i have excel data, now i need to change cell contents, one cell to another cell.

my data has
stock items with 4 types of different prices, and that cells located is like,

OLD FORMAT EXAMPLE-1
A1=Stock item name(1),
B1=Price-1,
C1=Price-2,
D1=Price-3,
E1=Price-4,

OLD FORMAT EXAMPLE-2
A2=Stock item name(2),
B2=Price-1,
C2=Price-2,
D2=Price-3,
E2=Price-4,

like this i have 30,000 stock items is there.

now i need to change cell locations for our new format, thats like

NEW FORMAT EXAMPLE - 1
A1=Stock item name(1),
A2=Stock item name(1),
A3=Stock item name(1),
A4=Stock item name(1),
B1=Price-1,
B2=Price-2,
B3=Price-3,
B4=Price-4,


NEW FORMAT EXAMPLE - 2

A5=Stock item name(2),
A6=Stock item name(2),
A7=Stock item name(2),
A8=Stock item name(2),
B5=Price-1,
B6=Price-2,
B7=Price-3,
B8=Price-4,


PLEASE FRIENDS TELL ME A GOOD SOLUTION FOR THIS.
