I copied/pasted data from a web page to a spreadsheet. When I copied data that has ie: 3-2, 2-2,1-5
it converted them to dates???? I need to take a date 3/2/2005 and convert it so it says 3-2. I need help with a formula to help me achieve this. Is this even possible??

Thank You,
Michael
