I could possibly help you, but I need to see a sample of the existing data sheet that you are taking the information from. If you copy it in a table format that is easy to read, then we might be able to do something for you.

We will put code in sections like this and then you can copy it back to your Excel workbook

I can't guarantee that it will be done exactly aas you hope, but it will work.

You don't have to upload the sheet. All I need is a sample of wht you want it to look like by using the table creator in this editor on Mr Excel.
