Need to extract data from two feilds

I am looking for a formula which will extract the the data in field( field tag is the no. between two collen)

column two will give the info on the field the content needs to be extracted, and third column is where the forumula needs to be put for extracting the data from the feild tag no. mentioned in 2nd Column. Kindly ref above example. The complete data in that field tag needs to be extracted, which means it needs to consider the line break.

I would be really appreciate if any can help in defining a formula here.
