Need to have my form display previously entered information

Hello everyone,
I am needing assitance to have a form, once a PO number has been used, for the form to display what information was entered previously for that number. If I click on a number previously used the form just comes up blank. I don't want anyone to be able to modify the original information that was entered. How can I make that happen? I have images below to example. You can see the information fed to the Tracker worksheet but when I choose one of those PO numbers in my form, it comes up blank and I need it to show what was entered prior. Please advise and thank you.

I would think we need to have a lot more specific details which we cannot get from your images.

Like:
If I enter 12 into TextBox22 then search for 12 in column G of the active sheet and load the values from column H of same row into Textbox 2

And so on and so on.
We would need to know the name of all the Textboxes and where on the sheet we might find that value.

Here are some snapshots that may help. I can't define every single cell for each PO number, there are 200 PO numbers they can select from. Does this help?
