I am needing assitance to have a form, once a PO number has been used, for the form to display what information was entered previously for that number. If I click on a number previously used the form just comes up blank. I don't want anyone to be able to modify the original information that was entered. How can I make that happen? I have images below to example. You can see the information fed to the Tracker worksheet but when I choose one of those PO numbers in my form, it comes up blank and I need it to show what was entered prior. Please advise and thank you.
