Hello!
I have a small problem with preserving the worksheet formatting when I uncheck pivot table options. The pivot table in itself is fine, it keeps the formatting. And when all variables are checkhed, everything is also fine.
But, when I choose only one of the variables in the pivot table the pivot table shrinks (naturally) and reveals the orignal cells, which unfortunently have the wrong format. I need the worksheet to keep its format in every cell, no matter the number of rows and columns in the pivot table.
The only default format I have found applied to the workbook (when creating a new workbook, give the workbook this or that format) and it doesn't stick when the pivot table shrinks in size (for the cells which then no longer belongs to the pivot table).
This should be solvable I guess, and quite simply as well I fear but I can't seem to find a solution.
