Hi,

First post, I'm Stuck on something that seems should be simple.

3 columns Sheet 1
Column A: Dates beginning 1-Dec-15 through 31-Dec-20

Column B: Serial numbers of equipment used per day. Many empty spaces below current date. Filled in daily. Same with column C.

Column C: Status of the equipment for that day.

Need to display on sheet 2

Most current status of equipment by serial number. If equipment wasn't used today need the last status entered for that serial number to be displayed as current status. I have tried Vlookup, and Index Match with no luck. I'm completely stuck. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Kenair,

In your reply #4 you have displayed an image?

Anyone trying to help you would have to enter the data manually.

Yes, Like I said I cannot access drop boxes or install programs on this computer due to the security setting our unit imposes. I have tried all the links in the rules and every site is blocked so I'm stuck with uploading a screen shot to a url and linking to that url. Sorry.
