Need to return earliest and latest time based on date criteria

I have 4 columns, i want the first two to return the earliest and latest times from two other columns that have date and time (separately). I need a formula that will look at the data based on the date criteria and return the earliest time for that date and another formula to return the latest time for that date:

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
You could use the MINIFS and MAXIFS functions for that.

=MINIFS(TimeList,DateList,DateOfInterest)

Check that the dates are all valid. 12:00 AM indicates that no match was found for the specified date.
