Welcome to the board! To help, we'll need to know what your example data looks like: are there commas between items? spaces? It can be done, but we need to see what we're starting with.

As a first pass, try Data --> text to columns.

Tried- There are little boxes after each break-
I cannot find a way of letting Excel know of these boxes nor can I copy and paste them into the find and replace screen and substitute them with another character to let Excel know that this is where the breaks are.
