Need to sum all positive numbers and all negative numbers separately then divide positive numbers by positive result and negative numbers by negative

PLease view blue numbers as value with colored background, also the results from division should populate adjacent row (O).

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
What causes the colour? Is it cell shading or conditional formatting? If the latter, what's the condition? What version of XL?
