I have large data in excel sheet and the data as follows:

A1 - Supplier Name
A2 - Item Codes

in same way I have many supplieres and have many items in each supplier.

What I want is:
in Cell A1 Supplier Name in B1 Items Code.

Example.
this is Actual Data:
A1 - Rolaco
A2 - XXY
A3 - XXZ
A4 - ZZZ

I am looking for out put as follows:

A1. Rolaco B1. XXY
A2. Rolaco B2. XXZ
A3. Rolaco B3. ZZZ

Maybe:
IF(LEFT(D3,1)="0",E2,D3)
?
i.e. get the result from the formula in the cell above if it's an Item Code row.

That's not much of a subject thread title ... "Need Urgent Help" ... putting Urgent in a thread title puts a lot of people off from replying ( I know it does for me ).
