If all you are trying to do is show the SIMPLE records, a filter should suffice.

I assume that what you're trying to do is extract all the rows where Database = "SIMPLE"?

If this is the case, why not filter the source data and copy and paste the filtered results?

Thanks for your reply.

I have already tried to filter, unfortunately Server names & instance names i disappearing.


Policy & Train2web servername is missing here.

Below is the output i am getting.
