I'm attempting to create a macro-enabled spreadsheet which would return a call center agent's stats (dashboard) and compare them with others on their team but needing help getting started. The report would have a tab for each report which will be copied/pasted into Excel (approximately 10 tabs), a master tab which includes an employee roster, and a tab for each agent on the roster.

I'm needing the dashboard to do the following after the stats are copied into the report tabs:
Compare names on the roster and match them with rows containing the agent's stats.
Copy certain items from the row into the agent's dashboard.

I'm thinking maybe an hLookup or Match functions???

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
