Hi there. Long story short I currently have a macro in place for a calculator for work that the person enters the requested materials, fills out with supplier prices and a submit button that then sends the data to a data table for spend analytics later down the track. I need to now make it more advanced which is where I need help. I now need the ability to reopen old data entered to then have the ability to change details and resubmit. There are multiple entries a day so it would be too hard to have it create a separate workbook every time as it would clog the system, best bet would be working from the same sheet if possible. Has anyone got any idea on how or where to point me in the right direction? I know it's possible but just don't know how

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
An interesting question. Can you post the existing code so we can look at it? Also pictures of the workbook would help also. Right now we are kind of in the dark on how to help you. I agree (as evidenced by my signature line below) that it is possible but we need more info to ask good questions to determine a course of action.
